Summary: The rooms were too shabby looking, chairs were torn, no, AC had no remote control, business suite has no sofa bed, fridge was dirty and nasty. Overall it was not a good experience.

Summary: They gave us the worst room saying it was better than what I had booked but we saw the other rooms were nicer. Desk person was rude but cleaning staff were nice humble people. Go to any other hotel than the Welcome center.

Summary: The picture on the website is outdated. Gives you a false sense of comfort. The water was never hot or luke warm, I had to take a cold shower every day. Anytime you ordered from the restaurant it took an hour or more. The food was ok the beef was always hard as a brick like beef jerky. The toilet did not flush half the time. The bathroom was so small only a kid could fit into it. This hotel has a lot of potential. Right now it's a big space of dust.
